Description

Some assembly is required. The Smoke EZ kit comes with the following:

  • One powder-coated base body
  • One top grilling rack, which allows you to smoke or slow cook whole fish, lobsters, sausage, whole hams or any number of longer profiled food items up to 22” in length
  • Four multi-position grill support racks, which allow you to prepare several layers of ribs or chickens at once
  • One stainless steel pan for liquids, which provide the ability to wet smoke food items. A secondary use for the liquids pan is as a drip pan to catch the excess drippings from higher fat items such as ducks, geese, or fresh hams
  • One steel fire ring, which provides an ideal structure for building a low and slow fire, allowing for higher fuel capacities and longer smoking times
  • Two hardwood handles to protect against the heat of the smoker while in use.
  • Four powder-coated attachment brackets for the handles
  • Nuts, bolts and screws for assembly

    I did a 14 pound brisket for New Years Eve. Started at 3am. Pulled it at 3pm. Wrapped it in foil and a towel and threw it in a cooler. Took the whole thing over to my Brother in Law’s house to celebrate. At 6:30PM I pulled the brisket out of the cooler and unwrapped it. It was still very warm. As I started cutting the beef the wolves circled (as they always do.) Here in So Cal, we do TRI-TIP, and the family is always requesting that I smoke some for everyone whenever we get together. This time it was a brisket though. As I started slicing, the hands started reaching in to take small pieces. Before you know it, whole slices were being taken and consumed faster than I could slice the meat. My family liked my smoked TRI-TIPS. They don’t want that any more. Brisket from the Smoke e.z only from now on.
